At Trailcampro, we guarantee your 100% satisfaction. Our competitors allow you to return unused merchandise if you are not satisfied within 30 days. How can you know whether or not you're satisfied with a product if you're not allowed to use it? Is 30 days really enough time to test a camera in the field?
We want you to use your new trail camera out in the field for up to a full 90 days. Then, if you are not satisfied with your purchase return it for a full refund (shipping not included). All that is required of you, is to include the original packaging and contents with your undamaged trail camera.
Note: The above policy does not apply to commercial/institutional orders with quantities larger than (5)! In addition, all Cuddeback products are excluded from this policy as well (they want to handle all of their own returns).

We normally carry large inventories of almost every item in our store. If your order is placed before 3 pm Central Time, your order will ship same day (if in stock). We ship everything Fedex and will supply you with the tracking number and date of delivery.
Every package is insured for the full amount of your purchase. We also ship Internationally on a daily basis.
