Both day and night pictures are outstanding.
Trailcampro Analysis
The Stealth Cam Archer's Choice is a similar camera to the Stealth Unit. Much like the Unit, this little camera trap comes in a super small case (6" x 5" x 2.5"), making it easy to pack and set up. The case seems well built and durable.
The Archer's Choice features, quite possibly, the quickest trigger speed of any Stealth camera every produce, measuring in at 1.76 seconds. This is a respectable time. The quickest cameras are under one second, but any camera between 1 and 1.8 seconds do a respectable job.
The detection range is an adequate 40 feet and the detection zone closely resembles the field of view (which is very good).
The most impressive part of this cameras has to be the fantastic picture quality. As you can see from the sample pictures (featured above), the day pictures are bright and clear. The night photos are evenly lighted, bright and quite impressive. You will notice some blur in movement (which you see in nearly every infrared camera).
One very concerning part of this camera is the battery life. You can only expect 2-3 weeks out of a set of AA batteries.
Overall, the Stealth Cam Archer's Choice would excel on a feeder, bait station or food plot. The picture quality is a huge upside and very hard to turn down, especially for only $160.
