How to Return a Camera through TrailCamPro

     As you already know, we back all of our products with our exclusive 90 day 100% satisfaction guarantee.  We will accept  returns for ANYTHING purchased from us, for ANY reason within 90 days.  This is the best return policy you will find and this completely guarantees your satisfaction with anything you purchase through us. 

     Anything that is past the 90 days will fall on the manufacturers warranty.  Most companies offer a 1 year warranty, Bushnell offers a 2 year warranty.

     Returning something to us is a breeze.  Here are the rules for a return:
  • In order to receive a full refund items must be returned in their original packaging with all contents.
  • Cameras or products must be returned in their original condition.  You can not write on the cameras, paint them or deface them in any way.  This completely voids the warranty with both us and the specific manufacturer.
  • Items returned without original packaging are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Items returned without original contents are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. We recommend you insure the item when shipping.
  • Additionally, refunds for any returned items sold with FREE SHIPPING will be less the shipping cost to and from the customer.
  • Commercial and/or institutional orders with quantities larger than (5) are not eligible for the 90 day, No Questions Asked return policy!
