Return Policy

At Trailcampro we offer the most liberal return policy on the web. We encourage you to use your new trail camera for up to a full 90 days.  If for any reason you're not satisfied, simply return your undamaged camera for a full refund minus shipping.

The only cameras we cannot honor this are the Cuddeback Cameras.  By order of Cuddeback, all of their cameras must be returned directly to Cuddeback.  Please read the Cuddeback return policy for more information.

Please make note of the following:

1. All returns must be accompanied by a return merchandise authorization (RMA) # issued by Trailcampro.  Please call 1-800-791-0660 to arrange your return.
2. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued.
3. In order to receive a full refund items must be returned in their original packaging with all contents.
4. Items returned without original packaging are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
5. Items returned without original contents are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
6. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. We recommend you insure the item when shipping.
7. Additionally, refunds for any returned items sold with FREE SHIPPING will be less the shipping cost to and from the customer.
8. Commercial and/or institutional orders with quantities larger than (5) are not eligible for the 90 day, No Questions Asked return policy!
